TVCRN really values its community partnerships. Among those partners is the Malheur County Health Department. At monthly home visitor meetings, we exchange information that will help our shared clients reach their goals. The Nursery refers clients to the health department’s Women-Infants-and-Children (WIC) program. And, every other month, MCHD staff visit TVCRN to weigh and measure children enrolled in our therapeutic early childhood program to ensure all are thriving. Here, nurse Susan Way and Public Health Preparedness Coordinator Dave Fenstemacher check the height of one of the Nursery’s cute kiddos.
